24th December: So this is Christmas...

Well this is it, this is RGZ's last update. It's been a fun and long ride. RGZ started 3rd January 2003, so we've been here a while. I hope you have enjoyed the website and used the sprites here to do something creative with them and I hope I and the rest of RGZ have shown you sprites that no other site has. Whether it's just one sprite being used or you've discovered a game you've never heard of I hope that RGZ has been of service to you. Keep your eyes on the other sprite sites, you'll be seeing me around.

1st October: Snail's pace

Things are slowly picking up speed here, sure it's not a huge update but I'm getting faster at ripping and slowly getting through the submitted sprites. Today the Metal Slug 3 sprite project continues with the addition of the Snail while Badbatman3 powers up the flux capacitor and threatens to kill me in the past if I don't start getting his Castlevania sprites up. I'll also poke Kimble to update sometime soon.

Oh and the Crab's dying sprites with blood have been added.

25th September: One at a time

The mutant plant is added to Metal Slug 3. This appears to be the only sheet of this enemy that doesn't have over-lapping sprites so if you've been looking for it - here it is! Snail coming soon! The Metal Slug 3 Other Enemies page is getting kind of big so may have to do something about that...

23rd September: Time...

Time is simply not supporting RGZ at the moment but here's what I could manage to pull togethor.

12th September: Busy

I've been really busy lately so sadly spriting has taken a back seat to near enough everything else. Things should speed up a bit again now though. I would also like to give a big thank you to everyone who has submitted sprites - it is hugely appreciated even if it seems I take my time getting them up. Today I continue to put Badbatman3's giant amount of Castlevania sprites up and also show Gussprint some love by adding some of his excellent Metal Slug sprites. Zycor also adds his Metal Storm sprites, which is a game that truly deserves to have it's sprites displayed to the world.
